Windoor World - Took them 6 months of calls and e-mails to resolve complaint.
The delivery of the door was cancelled after they were late to deliver the door.After the door jam was cut and prepared, then door was the wrong color, so I could not refuse delivery.
The glass was broken in the door when delivered. It took more than a month to get the right glass installed. It took more than 3 months to get the color on the door right. They refused to re-order the door and insisted on having someone touch-up the door, over and over again.
I requested a discount on the door and was threatened with collection if I did not pay full amount.
You would ask, why didn't you speak with an executive with the firm to get this resolved quicker...I did and this was the result.Very unprofessional and uncaring!
